Fed: Ministers hit by tampons, meatworkers at cabinet meeting
Federal cabinet ministers have been bombarded by tampons and confronted by angry meatworkers
in regional New South Wales today.
Women dressed as superheroes, wearing bloodstained underwear over tights and capes
declaring themselves to be Menstrual Avengers, showered the ministers with tampons as
they ran for a bus outside a cabinet meeting at Nowra, on the south coast.
Education Minister DAVID KEMP was hit by a tampon in a protest against imposing the
